ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Grape varieties:
Glera 85%, Bianchetta (to soften) Perera (to add fragrance) Verdisa (to add acidity) for a total of 15%.
Colour: Very pale straw yellow.
Perlage: Soft and abundant foam, with a persistent and thin beading.
Fragrance: Flowery, fruity, fresh, delicate and persistent.
Flavour: Dry, soft, of fresh fruit, sapid.

PH: 3,10


SERVE WITH

Excellent aperitif, well suited with fried or raw fish starters
or with prosciutto crudo (raw ham).
Light first courses, risotto with spring greens and seafood.
Fish main courses, especially if oven baked.
