ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Grape varieties:
Glera 85%, Bianchetta (to soften), Perera (to add fragrance), Verdisa (to add acidity) for a total of 15%.
Colour: Pale straw yellow.
Perlage: Soft and abundant foam with a persistent and thin beading.
Fragrance: Spring flowers and fresh fruits.
Flavour: Fresh, with flavours of apple and pear, subtle yeast.

PH: 3,20


SERVE WITH

Excellent aperitif, best served with starters and fried fish.
Light first courses, risotto with spring greens and seafood.
