Grape varieties: Glera 85%, Bianchetta (to soften), Perera (to add fragrance), Verdisa (to add acidity) for a total of 15%.
Colour: Very pale straw yellow.
Perlage: Soft and abundant foam with a persistent and thin beading.
Fragrance: Flowery, fruity, fresh, delicate and persistent.
Flavour: Flavours of ripe exotic fruit, amiable, soft.
